We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased directly from our website, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Our goal is to ensure your Daniel Wellington experience is seamless from the moment of purchase to any potential return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch or accessory in its original branded box and ensure all tags and protective films are still attached to the product.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
